We’ve had three of these phones for over 2 years now and just added this handset so we could intercom our teen in her bedroom. Adding the songs and photos to really make this your own is a bit time consuming but I love knowing who is on the line based on the song/rintone that is playing. Even without customizing, the caller ID works well. Sound is clear and range is great even with multiple other wireless gagets in the house. Phone is lightweight and handset is comfortable to hold (one of my first criteria in buying a phone). The answering machine is easy as well. We’ve had no issues with this phone and would purchase similar product again but really can’t see where we’ll have a need anytime soon. Also battery life is very good. We often leave these off the handset for 24 hrs or more and only once have we had one alert us to low battery.  Read more...

I bought this phone to add to my set to compliment for use in my shop, which is about 100′ away from the house. I needed a good cordless anyway, so it dawned on me to buy another phone for my set. The main reason I bought it is for the intercom feature. I was thinking of buying a hard-wired intercom but decided that this would work perfectly. Now, my wife can “buzz” me from the house phone to my cordless in the shop, and still have a great cordless phone in both locations. It works perfectly. This is an very interesting product that you can use with only with Ethernet connection and call everywhere.

I now have voice mail, caller ID and call waiting with one of those “total solution” plans from the phone company. This phone handles all three of those services wonderfully! It has an indicator on it (even though it’s not an answering machine) that you have voice mail messages, as well as a special button to push to access the voice mail system.
